Dinner at Sirocco in Bangkok

As the fifth member of the "Wolfpack" if you recall from the movie Hangover II, there are a few scenes from the movie, including the famous one with the Helicopter. Anyways, it is a fantastic restaurant on the 59th floor of the Lebua State tower in the Silom area in Bangkok. The view, food and service (especially the service) is second to none. Very impressive.

Here is a video of the view and pictures of the food. I substituted lamb chops for the steak.

Long Table Restaurant in Bangkok

In the Column Building on Soi 16 and ratchadaphisek rd. it is a very nice place with a great decor and great bar and amazing view. Close to Sukimvik and Westin. The food looked good. It tasted ok. Go for the fantastic view and drinks. Go eat somewhere else. It's ok, just better choices in BKK.

In picture: Seabass, beef, Pad Thai, Shrimp spring rolls

Vertigo Restaurant at Banyan Tree hotel Bangkok

If you only have "one night in Bangkok" and wondering where to eat with all the amazing choices, look no further, this is the place. Take the elevator to the 59th floor. Then walk up two more flights to I guess the 61st floor or the roof and there you are. Food was good, had lamb chops, salmon, cappaccio and lobster bisque. It is all western food. So if you are looking for Thai food you need to go one floor down to the other restaurant. However the 360 degree view is amazing and it is cool even on a hot BKK night. The video is the panorama view.
