Yes there is a Buds Ice Cream of San Francisco at Mikes Mall in Pattaya Thailand. Now the funny part, there is NO Buds Ice Cream of San Francisco in San Francisco. Use to be parlors and in stores. No more. This is the only Buds Ice Cream of San Francisco. That I know of. I had the Peanut Butter Delite with whip cream. Delicious!
